The school provides a nutritious hot lunch with a vegetarian alternative. This will need to be paid through ParentPay.

Packed Lunches

Alternatively children may bring a packed lunch, in a sealed container also clearly marked with the child’s full name and class. For more information on healthy packed lunch ideas click on the links below.

The lunch time staff supervise the children at lunchtime and afterwards in the playground or classroom depending on the weather.

Healthy Lifestyle

At Saint Augustine Webster we encourage and promote healthy lifestyle choices, through diet and exercise. In foundation the children are provided with free milk and fruit every day and KS1 are provided with free fruit. We also support children during exercise or sports through encouragement or ideas.

Free school meals eligibility

Who qualifies?

Free school meals are offered to children of families who receive one of the following:

  • Income Support
  • Income-Based Job Seekers Allowance
  • Employment Support Allowance (income related)
  • Child Tax Credit with no Working Tax Credit and an annual income below £16,190
  • Guaranteed Pension Credit
  • Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • Four week Working Tax Credit run-on
